A small Table-Top Exhibition accompanies the Conference.  It is located in the Conference Foyer, which also hosts the Registration Desk, Networking Cocktail Reception and all Refreshment Breaks.

Exhibition fees (exhibitors must also register at least 1 attendee)

Pre-Programme Plan (by 9 June 2026): EUR 750
Early Plan (by 15 September 2026): EUR 950
Standard Plan (from 16 September 2026): EUR 1150

  What's included?

 

  • Exhibition space including a standard table, tablecloth and sign with the company name; 
  • Alternatively, exhibitors can bring their own roll-up or collapsible stand (please check with us in advance to ensure that it fits in the allocated space).
  • One power socket and up to 2 chairs;
  • The table or stand serves as a focal point for discussions with other attendees and can be used to display marketing literature, samples, giveaways, a laptop running a presentation, etc.
  • Exhibitor Profile in the Conference App, complete with Company Profile and contact details.

 

 Cancellation policy

Please note that we are unable to refund exhibition bookings or sponsorship packages once these have been booked.  Refunds will only be issued, if the organisers cancel the conference.
