Brussels
Brussels is home to the European Commission and one of Europe’s most important political and industrial hubs. Its central location and excellent international connectivity make it an easy destination for delegates travelling from across Europe and beyond.
Brussels Airport (Zaventem) offers direct flights to most major cities worldwide. Delegates arriving from neighbouring countries — including France, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom — can also reach Brussels easily by train or road.
Booking your accommodation
Attendees and speakers are responsible for booking their own accommodation.
The organisers have secured a limited allocation of rooms at the conference venue, Sheraton Brussels Airport, at a preferential conference rate:
- €179 per night if booked by 1 June 2026
- €189 per night if booked after 1 June 2026
These rates are available until 2 November 2026, or until the allocated rooms are sold out, whichever occurs first. They are for single occupancy and include VAT and breakfast, but exclude city tax. Double occupancy is available for a €20 surcharge. Room can be cancelled without penalty up to 5 days prior to arrival. The full stay will be charged in the event of cancellation later than 5 days prior to arrival.

How to reach the hotel
From Brussels International Airport:
Go to the Departures level, then exit the terminal building and walk 2 minutes to the hotel.
From Zuidstation/Gare du Midi:
Take any train to Brussels International Airport - Zaventem, then proceed from there.
By car
Follow signs for Zaventem and Brussels International Airport (Luchthaven Zaventem). Exit the motorway to Leopoldlaan. After 200 m, keep left towards Arrivals/Departures. Next, follow the signs for Parking P2. Drive up to the 5th floor and follow signs for 'Sheraton'. Park in any free bay.
