  What's included?

 

  • Exhibition space furnished with a standard table, tablecloth and sign with the company name. Alternatively, exhibitors can bring their own roll-ups or collapsible stands (please check with us in advance to ensure that they fit in the allocated space).
  • 2 chairs
  • Access to a 220 V power socket

The table or stand serves as a focal point for discussions with other attendees and can be used to display samples and marketing literature, give away branded merchandise, screen a presentation, etc.

Cancellation Policy

By 9 June 2026: refund, less a fee of EUR 250
By 8 September 2026: refund, less a fee of EUR 450
From 9 September 2026: sorry, no refund possible

Please note that refunds refer exclusively to attendee admission fees. Unfortunately, no refunds can be made on exhibition bookings, sponsorship packages or other services, once these have been booked.

Substitutions of attendees by colleagues from the same company/organisation is accepted at any time and at no charge.
