The U-PET range of preform moulding machines are available with clamping forces from 30 tons up to 460 tons, with moulds from 8 cavities to 144 cavities.

Designed and built to very high standards with first class components sourced from leading suppliers worldwide. All machines are CE certified.

Machines, moulds, take-out robots and all auxillary equipment can be supplied for a turn-key solution.


Clamp Unit:

  • Five point toggle system
  • Optimised for strength and stiffness

  • High force hydraulic ejector system with central and booster cylinders
  • Automatic mould height adjustment

Injection Unit:
  • Two stages on larger machines - separate plasticising and injection
  • Shorter cyle time, increased injection accuracy and lower AA levels

  • Pneumatic hopper shut-off with dump feature
Take-out Unit:
  • Side entry take-out plates with up to 3 positions for effective cooling
