The HBA series of continuous extrusion machines is suitable for producing bottles, jerry cans and containers from 200ml up to 30 litres. Fully automated with high productivity and low power comsumption.

Many different models are available, with single or double station clamping units and up to six die heads. All machines are built to ISO9001 standards and CE certified.

Machines can be supplied to meet your specific technical and performance requirements.

  • Entire machine is controlled by multi-processor from Invensys Eurotherm; Maco 6000 with color touch screen operation monitor
  • 100 point parison thickness control with moog servo valve achieves very high quality performance
  • Safety interlocks for electric, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • Grooved feeder extruder for even higher output
